for a few days or longer.
The living room has a very comfortable queen-sized sofa bed plus a single sofa
bed and an additional shower room / toilet whilst upstairs is a double bedroom

| Location |
| A five minute walk takes you to the village
of Buger (pronounced Boojah!) with its four unique windmills,
three bars (one does a good bacon and egg breakfast, and sometimes
serves evening meals), a great bakery, basic provisions store,
post office and of course a lovely old church. There is a small
Saturday market but it's all over by 11:30! |
| A ten minute walk back to the main road is
S'Hostal, an excellent restaurant and across the road from it a
famous glass factory with great gifts. |
| A couple of minutes drive away the small
town of Campanet has a bank, a good butcher and a tapas bar with
a fabulous view. |
| Ten minutes south by car will bring you to
Inca, a bustling town famous for its Thursday market, great leather
stores, and shoe shops. To the north is the old town of Pollensa
with a great Sunday market and good restaurants. Beyond the old
town is the fast road to Port Pollensa. |
| The area around The Studio is perfect for
runners, walkers and cyclists. |
| Beautiful beaches ideal for snorkeling, swimming
or just sleeping can be reached in about 15-20 minutes drive along
quiet back lanes lined with shady pine woods. |
